Transportes Montejo was born in Duitama (Boyacá) in the year 1953 with its founder Montejo Hernán Leal, who started the company transporting freight from different companies in the region to participate actively in the growth of these mobilizing parts of different sizes and weights giving the pattern for the development of a differentiated service. The continuous improvement of our processes made possible through the years we specialize in heavy and extradimensional.
Mr. Hernán Montejo was characterized by his entrepreneurial spirit and deep knowledge in the field of freight transportation. For fifty years passed their wisdom and experience much of our team, who now remember him as an example of leadership. Beside him, a development role, his wife Melba Riaño de Montejo, who at that time assumed the accounting and administrative management of the company.
Also from an early age, his son Fernando Montejo, fascinated by the world of transport, was linked to an active company, developing great creative ability, technical and operational, which coupled with his entrepreneurial vision and discipline have made Transport Montejo a leader in special transport extradimensional, with the best equipment, technology and human talent.
Currently, our subsidiary in Venezuela is headed by another member of the Montejo family, Ms. Melba Lucía Montejo, who will flag your name in the neighboring country.
